We're looking for a passionate and driven
Product Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of
user empathy, problem-solving, and visual design, and is excited to shape meaningful product experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will play a key role in designing intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences for our HR tech platform—working closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user behavior and pain points
- Translate complex problems into simple, elegant, and user-centric solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless execution
- Perform competitor analysis and industry research to inform design decisions
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve based on user feedback and data
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI consistency
- Leverage AI tools and modern design technologies to improve speed and quality of design workflows
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design and fresher with good internship exposure
- Strong foundation in user experience (UX) and visual design (UI) principles
- Proven ability in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction design
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
- Good understanding of design systems and scalable design practices
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders)
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and evolving design workflows
Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Experience working in a SaaS product environment
- Exposure to or experience in the HR Tech domain
- Understanding of analytics-driven design (metrics, funnels, user behavior)
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
- Experience designing for mobile + web platforms
