This is a contract hybrid role for a Product Designer, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital products, conducting user research, creating innovative design solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day tasks will include applying design thinking principles, conducting UX research, developing visual design assets, and delivering high-quality product designs that enhance user experience.

• Proficiency in Visual Design, including expertise in creating compelling user interfaces and visual assets.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking principles to craft innovative and user-centered solutions.
• Experience in User Research and UX Research to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Proven skills in Product Design, with a track record of developing functional and visually appealing digital products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and technologies.
• Prior experience in iterative design processes and usability testing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
