Product Designer

This is a contract hybrid role for a Product Designer, based in New Delhi, with opportunities to work partially from home. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, conducting user research, designing product prototypes, and applying design thinking principles to solve complex problems. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, iterating on designs based on feedback, and ensuring that design principles align with user needs and business goals.

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and solving problems through design solutions
• Experience in conducting User Research and UX Research to understand user needs
• Ability to create prototypes and iterate on designs effectively
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of agile methodologies and working with product teams
