Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate
Product Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences for our cross-border payments platform. You will play a key role in simplifying complex financial workflows and creating seamless user journeys across web and mobile products.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile platforms
- Ship some of those designs with your Vibe Coding skills
- Simplify complex cross-border payment flows, onboarding, and transactions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
- Build and maintain design systems consistency
- Optimize user flows for conversion, retention, and usability
- Continuously improve product experience based on data and insights
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and AI tools to increase velocity and fidelity (experience and expertise using AI tools in your everyday execution is a must have)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in fintech / payments / banking domain
- Understanding of cross-border payments ecosystem
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards
- Exposure to data-driven design and A/B testing
