Products operate in a highly regulated environment (RBI, FEMA, KYC/AML), which means every feature
decision carries compliance weight - not just user experience weight. We move fast, but we move right.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Product Designer who is excited about solving real user problems in fintech.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to improve onboarding,
KYC, payments, remittance journeys, and user trust across our mobile and web platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational UX/UI skills, curiosity about product thinking, and
The ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
Product & UX Design
– Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and web
experiences
– Contribute to key fintech journeys such as onboarding, KYC verification, money transfers, and payment
tracking, and transaction success/failure states
– Design user experiences that balance business goals, compliance requirements, and ease of use
User Research & Problem Solving
– Participate in usability testing, research discussions, and customer feedback analysis
– Translate user pain points into actionable product improvements
– Identify UX friction areas and propose practical solutions backed by reasoning
Collaboration
– Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to ship high-quality
experiences
– Support developer handoffs and collaborate during implementation to ensure design quality
– Participate in design critiques and iterative reviews
Design Systems & Consistency
– Contribute to maintaining and scaling the design system
– Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and usability across product surfaces
– Create reusable patterns and components for faster product iteration
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
– 2-4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related roles
– A strong portfolio showcasing the design lifecycle: covering UX problem solving, wireframes/
interaction design, constraints and iterative solutions
– Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, and using AI in implementing design
– Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows
– Attention to detail in edge cases, validation states, and transactional UX
– Strong collaboration, communication skills and openness to feedback and iterative improvement
– Ability to explain design decisions clearly and logically
Nice to Have
– Experience designing fintech, payments, banking, or onboarding flows
– Familiarity with user behaviour metrics such as conversion and drop-off analysis
– Exposure to A/B testing workflows
