Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to design seamless, high-converting user experiences across app and web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user journeys across onboarding, checkout, and retention flows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Improve UX for better conversion and engagement
- Work closely with product and tech teams to implement designs
- Maintain design consistency across platforms
- Design experiments and iterations based on performance data
- Optimize mobile-first experiences
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in UX/UI design (preferably D2C/app products)
- Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and execution
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
- Understanding of user behavior and conversion-focused design
- Ability to balance aesthetics with performance
Good to Have:
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints
