Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand product requirements and user challenges, create visual scenarios, edge cases, wireframes, and develop final visual designs.
  • Plan project milestones, independently lead projects, and execute deliverables within committed timeframes.
  • Present designs to internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly.
  • Share responsibilities on team projects during unforeseen circumstances.
  • Act as a user evangelist by effectively communicating user needs and expectations.
  • Enhance user experience and usability of existing digital products and contribute to the creation of new digital products, apps, and services in the fulfilment space.
  • Envision and create digital products and interfaces for different personas, providing metrics to help users work efficiently and improve fulfilment productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design (Information Design, User Interface, Interaction, Communication, Graphics, Industrial, or related field) from a recognized Design College with 2–4 years of formal design education.
  • 4–7 years of relevant UX experience.
  • Proficiency in UX software (Sketch preferred).
  • Experience working on at least 2–3 complex enterprise-level projects (B2B preferred).
  • Ability to work in a hypergrowth, fast-paced environment with quick deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills, outstanding presentation abilities, and excellent visual design skills.
