Artisttico Decor is a small, founder-led home dcor brand based in New Delhi. We work at the
intersection of design, sourcing, and retail, creating affordable luxury through handcrafted and
well-curated products.
We're looking for a junior product designer / merchandiser who is curious, hands-on, and excited
about figuring out what products we should be making or sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing product designs across home dcor categories
- Researching trends, materials, finishes & price points
- Creating mood boards and design themes for collections
- Conducting basic user and customer research (UX-focused insights)
- Working closely with the founder and store team to understand what sells
- Supporting sourcing and vendor coordination (including trips to Moradabad)
- Assisting with product curation, sampling & in-store merchandising
- Ensuring execution of high-quality, functional products
