Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site job opening for a Product Designer based in Delhi, India. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating and refining innovative product designs with a focus on usability and aesthetics. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, conceptualizing, and prototyping designs, and applying design thinking principles to develop impactful products that meet consumer needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design to create functional and aesthetically compelling solutions
• Experience in applying Design Thinking methodologies to identify user needs and problem-solving strategies
• Skills in conducting UX Research and User Research to gather insights and create user-centered designs
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
