Job Title: Product Designer
We are looking for a creative and technically strong
Product Designer with a solid design sense and hands-on experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and material understanding. The ideal candidate should be able to contribute both creatively and technically across the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with market requirements and current trends
- Create compelling product storytelling and sales pitch presentations
- Prepare high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings of developed concepts
- Explore and evaluate new materials for product development
- Assist in Product R&D activities and new product development
- Create and maintain PRDs and other product-related technical documentation
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of design and technical files
- Provide first-cut product training to internal stakeholders
- Support the L&D team in developing training curriculum for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in product launches and go-to-market activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and internal teams to improve and develop new products
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth product development and execution
- Visit expos and industry events for market research and trend analysis
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong design sensibility with practical understanding of materials and finishes
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
- Ability to translate concepts into technically feasible designs
- Knowledge of product documentation and development processes
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
