Product Delivery Manager

As a Product Delivery Manager within the Data team for the Payments organization, you will drive data-focused product delivery by working across Operations, Technology, Data Science, and Business units. Your strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and risk awareness will be critical to shaping impactful solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to understand business data needs and priorities.
• Analyze business processes and articulate clear, actionable requirements.
• Partner with Data Science and Tech teams to research, analyze, and deliver solutions to data use cases.
• Coordinate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and partner teams to ensure prioritized solution delivery.
• Understand the Payment Operations data landscape and leverage available resources effectively.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and blockers with Operations and Data Science stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Strong business and data analysis skills with the ability to understand and connect data points.
• Ability to deconstruct high-level use cases into clear epics and user stories.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to act as Product Owner across projects.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Risk and control mindset.
• Experience with analytics tools (Alteryx, Excel) and data visualization (Tableau).
• General understanding of Agile methodology.
