Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Associate to join our product team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. You will be responsible for translating the company's vision into functional features that drive engagement for our community of developers and value for our enterprise partners.

As a Product Associate, you will own specific product modules, conduct deep user research, and work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Noida.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Discovery & Research

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps in the innovation and skilling landscape.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Stay updated on trends in Developer Relations (DevRel), EdTech, and HRTech.

2. Roadmap Execution & Prioritization

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
  • Work with the Product Lead to prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and technical effort.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to post-launch optimization.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive wireframes and user journeys.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features through agile sprints.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market (GTM) collateral and ensure product-market fit.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DAU/MAU, conversion rates, and feature adoption.
  • Use data analytics tools to monitor product health and report insights to leadership.
  • Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on product features.

5. Community & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a bridge between the tech community and the internal product team.
  • Ensure the platform meets the high standards required for large-scale enterprise hackathons and innovation programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-time professional work experience (preferably in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Software Development).
  • Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree is mandatory (to ensure a strong grasp of technical architectures and developer workflows).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand APIs, databases, and system design discussions. You don't need to code, but you must speak developer.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or SQL to derive insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for writing PRDs and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Mindset: A get-things-done attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Community platforms is a significant plus.

What We Offer

  • Impact: The opportunity to build tools that shape the careers of thousands of developers.
  • Growth: Direct mentorship from seasoned product leaders and founders.
  • Culture: A high-energy, collaborative environment where innovation is celebrated.
  • Rewards: Competitive compensation and a clear path for career progression into Senior PM roles.
