About the Role :

We are looking for a data-obsessed and customer-centric Associate Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will be the bridge between quantitative data and qualitative feedback. You will not just build features; you will be responsible for optimizing the Why and How of user behavior.

Your primary focus will be improving our conversion funnels by deep-diving into analytics (Mixpanel) and understanding user pain points through support ticket analysis. You will also play a pivotal role in taking these improvements to market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Funnel Optimization & Analytics

Own the user acquisition and activation funnels; constantly monitor drop-off points using Mixpanel.

Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates (CRO) across the onboarding and transaction flows.

Define key success metrics for new features and track them rigorously post-launch.

2. Voice of the Customer (VoC)

Actively monitor and analyze support tickets and customer feedback to identify recurring bugs, usability issues, and feature gaps.

Categorize qualitative feedback to prioritize the product backlog effectively.

Work closely with the Customer Support team to reduce ticket volume by solving root-cause product issues.

3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to define GTM plans for new features and updates.

Ensure product positioning and messaging resonate with our B2C audience.

Monitor feature adoption rates and iterate on launch strategies to maximize impact.

4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product improvements.

Create clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.

Who You Are

Must-Haves:

Experience: 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or a Growth role in a digital-first company.

Domain: Prior experience in a B2C environment is mandatory.

Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Mixpanel (or similar tools like Amplitude/Clevertap) is non-negotiable.

Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data sets to prove or disprove hypotheses.

Empathy: You have a genuine desire to solve user problems and are willing to dig into support queries to understand the ground reality.

Nice-to-Haves:

Fintech Experience: Prior experience working in Fintech, payments, or wealth-tech is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL or understanding of APIs is a plus.
