Product Associate

Required Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
• Proficiency in backlog management tools and collaboration software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to make informed decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
• Experience with user experience (UX) principles and design collaboration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Define and prioritize product features and maintain the product roadmap based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Champion user experience and advocate for user-centric design principles.
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
