Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to assist in defining the product vision and roadmap for global retail capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, conduct market research, and advocate for end-users to ensure timely delivery of product updates. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology within the retail sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap, focusing on Xstore POS and the Oracle suite of applications.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in retail technology.
• Advocate for the end-user by conducting usability testing and gathering feedback.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Provide support and training for internal teams and end-users.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Xstore POS and Oracle applications, including ORCE and eftlink.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• A passion for technology and a deep understanding of retail operations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with product management tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
• An understanding of software development processes and lifecycles is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
