The Product Associate will support the Product Management team in driving product development, market research, and go-to-market execution. This role requires analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of user needs to ensure delivery of impactful product solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers in defining product requirements, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to support product development and launches.
- Prepare product documentation, user guides, and training material to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Track product performance metrics, user adoption, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvements.
- Support the preparation of business cases, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and stand-ups to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the product team to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 02 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or other product management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
