MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role - Associate Product International Team within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to get updates on container bookings.
- Work with Shipping lines to ensure that bookings are released timely and update the team in case of any issues.
- Trouble shoot shipping issues and vendor complaints that arise by being the first point of contact
- Maintaining records and prompt follow ups.
- Run daily/weekly reports on shipments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors / Master Degree with a minimum of 2 4 years of experience in Procurement operations, PR to PO, SCM,
- Good in MS office, with hands-on experience in Excel
- Should be a fast learner.
- The Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learn more and be flexible.
- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management
- Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and Good follow up skills.
- Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assumes accountability for issues until final resolution.
