About The Role
We are looking for a
Product Analyst who can turn data into insights and help drive product decisions for our fast-scaling B2C platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL and DBT, and a passion for understanding user behavior to improve product performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define metrics, measure product performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user journeys, conversion funnels, feature adoption, and retention drivers.
- Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and dashboards using DBT, SQL, and analytics tools to provide real-time insights.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for business and product teams.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, experiments, and product feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality, tracking, and instrumentation across platforms.
- Communicate findings clearly through reports, visualizations, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
Key Skills & Tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for building scalable data models.
- Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
- Proficiency with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Metabase.
- Understanding of statistical methods, experiment design, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience working in B2C product environments (consumer tech, e-commerce, fintech, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a B2C company.
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and influence product decisions.
