ROLE OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a results-driven Product Analyst who will take end-to-end ownership of product analytics across our web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for defining how we measure success, deeply understanding user behavior, and translating data into actionable insights that shape product decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to build a strong analytics foundation, develop a deep understanding of the prediction markets domain, and continuously evaluate the evolving needs of our users. You will have the autonomy to explore data, test hypotheses, and influence the product roadmap, supported by regular feedback cycles that help you grow quickly and clearly understand what it takes to level up within the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the product analytics measurement and tracking plan, including events, properties, and metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Growth teams to instrument user interactions accurately across web and mobile platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and retention to identify product insights, growth opportunities, and friction points.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track product KPIs, experiments, and feature performance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support product decisions, roadmap prioritization, and leadership reviews.
  • Ensure data quality by validating event implementations, monitoring anomalies, and improving tracking reliability.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by defining success metrics, analyzing results, and recommending next actions.
  • Translate complex data into clear data-backed narratives and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Individually contribute and taking complete ownership of your responsibilities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3 years of product analytics experience for a B2C business, preferably in e-commerce space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product mindset.
  • Experience designing event taxonomies, tracking plans, and working with data layers.
  • Have end-to-end configured events, tags & triggers in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Proficiency in dealing with large datasets in Python, SQL and MS Excel.
  • Ability to build dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Superset or similar.
  • Understanding of user journeys, funnels, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence decision making.
