Job Description

You will transform data into powerful insights that drive user growth, retention, and product innovation. We're looking for a data-savvy problem-solver who can uncover trends, run experiments, and guide product decisions with sharp analysis.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyze user behavior across platforms to identify patterns, drop-offs, and opportunities.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to validate product changes.
  • Build real-time dashboards and periodic reports to track KPIs and business health.
  • Partner with product managers to influence roadmaps with data-driven recommendations.
  • Dive deep into datasets using SQL, Excel, PowerBI, GA4, and Mixpanel to generate actionable insights.

What You Bring:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with product or growth teams.
  • Strong command of SQL; hands-on with dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise stories for stakeholders.
  • A curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills based on first principles thinking
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses and synthesize complex data into actionable goals

Bonus Points:

  • Advanced SQL expertise; extensive hands-on experience with Tableau
  • Familiarity with big data tech stack e.g. Hadoop, Redshift
  • Experience working in a tech-led consumer product company
