Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and site visits to gather requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
- Define project scope, objectives, and metrics with project sponsors.
- Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate conceptual business requirements into detailed functional requirements for developers and project teams.
- Develop process models, diagrams, and charts to guide development and implementation.
Solution Design & Validation
- Participate in research and evaluation of products and technologies to meet business needs.
- Conduct peer reviews of requirements documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to shape solution design and implementation.
- Participate in QA and validation of features to confirm alignment with acceptance criteria.
Project & Program Management Support
- Track requirements status throughout the project lifecycle and manage backlogs for Epics, Features, and Themes.
- Collaborate on program increment (PI) planning, defining PI goals and priorities.
- Monitor delivery issues, risks, and resource requirements, escalating when needed.
- Support business readiness, training, and service transition activities.
Change Management & Operational Excellence
- Integrate change management practices to support adoption of new solutions.
- Provide consultative support in financial management, vendor management, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Use analytics and visualization tools to track key business metrics, KPIs, and measure outcomes against baseline and target metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and requirements updates clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Facilitate alignment on solution design, process improvements, and technology adoption.
