Team Lead - LCS Contracts Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business operations assignments related to LCS service contract delivery with moderate to high complexity.
• Ensure smooth execution of customer order fulfilment processes within projects and service contracts.
• Drive efficiency in operations through process optimization, workflow simplification, and standardization.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations processes.
• Manage business process transitions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all internal and external audit requirements are properly documented and compliance risks are addressed.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of operational outputs with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization across regional and global teams.
• Assign appropriate skill sets to tasks to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned processes.
• Track and manage operational performance against defined KPIs and business objectives.
• Drive accountability within the team for meeting commitments, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Lead team performance management, coaching, and capability development initiatives.
• Develop individual growth plans to address skill gaps and improve team competency.
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and mentor internal teams and third-party resources to align with organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) processes and company standards.
