About the role

At Dezerv, we're creating a wealth management experience that blends technology and human connection in ways no one else has done. You'll work with teams across product, engineering, business and operations to help teams craft solutions that redefine how affluent Indians manage their wealth.

As a Product Analyst at Dezerv, you will:

• Work closely with the product team in launching and scaling wealth management products by clearly defining success metrics and tracking them accurately
• Drive user growth sustainably by understanding customer behaviour & cohorts while controlling for marketing costs
• Streamline revenue and business operations by identifying gaps and implementing data driven solutions
• Work with tech teams to ensure complete & clear logging of data and guide data engineering teams in defining data transformations
• Grow alongside Dezerv, as your responsibilities expand and your contributions directly shape our P&L

You may be a good fit if :

• You have a strong background in SQL
• You have a good understanding of online consumer products
• You define and track business and product success metrics clearly
• You are able to translate data to insights and actionable recommendations
• You are good at storytelling with the help of dashboards and crisp writeups
• You communicate with stakeholders with varied backgrounds and skill sets

P.S : Some hands-on experience with Python would be good but isn't mandatory
