Job Brief
We seek a Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and help optimize our product offerings through data-driven insights and analyses. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills to drive product performance improvements and support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize user experience.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to align product features with customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, or Power BI tools.
- Support A/B testing efforts, track results, and recommend enhancements to improve product performance.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a fintech or technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Python, Power BI).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in the financial services or fintech domain.
