Global Sourcing and Procurement Group (GSP) empowers the company globally to drive the greatest value by leveraging supplier partnerships. GSP provides global customers easy access to products and services at the greatest value through business insights, market knowledge, seamless and efficient processes, and professional expertise.
The Procurement Systems Specialist supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of procurement systems that enable sourcing, contracting, supplier risk evaluation and monitoring, and purchasing activities across the enterprise. This role serves as a key subject matter resource for procurement systems and processes, partnering with business users and technology teams to support system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation and stability of S2P systems
- Act as a functional subject matter expert for S2P systems, providing guidance to users and stakeholders
- Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements and process improvements
- Execute and support system testing activities for upgrades, enhancements, and defect resolution
- Monitor data quality and system usage; identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and maintain system documentation, job aids, and training materials
- Support governance, controls, and compliance requirements through accurate system configuration and usage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement, procurement systems, or sourcing-related roles
- Hands-on experience supporting procurement processes and enterprise systems
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools; experience with S2P or procurement platforms preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
