The Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) organization empowers our company globally to drive the greatest value by leveraging supplier partnerships. GSP provides global customers access to products and services through business insights, market knowledge, efficient processes, and professional expertise.

The Procurement Analytics Specialist supports GSP and the firm by delivering data driven analysis, reporting, and insights that inform procurement decision making and performance management. This role moves beyond day-to-day systems support to focus on analyzing procurement data, monitoring key metrics, supporting value tracking, and translating information into insights for business leaders. The Specialist partners closely with Category Management, Procurement Operations, Systems, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement data related to spend, performance, compliance, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain recurring procurement reports, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Support value tracking and performance measurement initiatives, including data validation and reporting preparation
  • Partner with procurement systems and operations teams to ensure data integrity and resolve data issues
  • Translate business questions into structured analysis and clear insights for stakeholders
  • Support procurement initiatives and business objectives with ad hoc analysis for sourcing events, renewals, and process improvements
  • Contribute to documentation, job aids, and training materials related to procurement reporting and analytics

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, analytics, operations, systems support, or a related business function
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and developing insights
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
