Job Description

Role Summary

Join our central Talent Acquisition team as a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for frontline and supervisory positions across Oberoi and Trident hotels in India. This senior role focuses on full life cycle hiring, in-depth candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and contributing to quality and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, in-depth screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, background checks, pre-employment medicals, and onboarding support.

Conduct thorough interviews using structured interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit for the role and Oberoi's service excellence standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel HR teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth collaboration and timely feedback.

Support structured grooming and development programs for candidates requiring additional preparation.

Contribute to quality and early retention efforts through candidate engagement and coordination with hotel teams.

Mentor and guide junior team members on sourcing techniques, pipeline management, and process adherence.

Travel to properties and campuses as needed to support events, candidate hosting, and engagement activities.

Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate regular pipeline, conversion, and engagement reports.

Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the process, reinforcing Oberoi's reputation as a premier employer that nurtures long-term careers and a family-like culture.

Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Skills & Competencies

4–8 years of experience in recruitment with proven expertise in full life cycle hiring and high-volume operations (experience in hospitality, retail, BPO, or other service industries is preferred; strong stakeholder management skills are essential).

Excellent interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to evaluate cultural fit for luxury hospitality.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across levels.

Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, workflow tools, and sourcing techniques.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Collaborative mindset with willingness to work in shifts and travel to properties and campuses as required.

Passion for service excellence and building high-quality talent pipelines for luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
