Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement & Store Executive responsible for managing procurement of raw materials and maintaining efficient store operations at the factory. The role involves vendor coordination, inventory control, material inward/outward management, and maintaining accurate store documentation to support uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management
• Identify and coordinate with vendors for procurement of raw materials, consumables, and factory supplies
• Prepare and process
Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers
• Ensure timely availability of materials required for production
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain vendor database
• Coordinate with accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing
Store & Inventory Management
• Maintain proper inventory records for
raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
• Manage
material inward and outward entries in store registers or ERP system
• Ensure proper storage and identification of materials in the warehouse
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when stock reaches minimum level
• Conduct
periodic physical stock verification
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain records for
GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices
• Maintain stock registers and inventory reports
• Ensure proper documentation for
material dispatch and inward records
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and procurement
Dispatch Coordination
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for material availability
• Maintain records for
dispatch challans, transport details, and material movement
• Ensure correct packing and dispatch of materials
Coordination with Departments
• Work closely with
Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams
• Ensure timely supply of raw materials for production planning
• Assist management in improving procurement efficiency and cost control
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Education:
Graduate (B.Com or related field preferred)
• Experience:
2–3 years of experience in Procurement / Store / Inventory Management
• Experience in
manufacturing or factory environment preferred
Skills Required
• Knowledge of
procurement processes and vendor management
• Understanding of
inventory control and store management systems
• Basic knowledge of
ERP / Excel for stock management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict – Non-Negotiable)
Experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in the manufacturing / factory environment
Education
• Continuous regular education

Probation Period
• Duration:
4–6 months
• Stipend during probation:
₹25,000 per month (fixed)
Post-Confirmation
• CTC: ₹4,50,000 per annum (₹4.5 LPA – fixed)
Joining Bonus
• ₹50,000 on completion of
6 months from Date of Joining
• ₹50,000 on completion of
1 year of continuous service
