Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with 5-6 years of experience in the CPD department. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement process, negotiate contracts with vendors, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy & Sourcing

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, terms, and quality.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential suppliers to expand the vendor network.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage contracts with vendors, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking delivery timelines.
  • Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Resolve procurement-related issues in collaboration with stakeholders.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations related to procurement.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a Central Procuring Department.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
