What would you do Understanding of supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management, with experience in supporting or delivering tender management and negotiating agreements or Service Level Agreements. Demonstrable experience in leading small teams, if required Skills in manipulating data and a quick learner of new systems and tools, with the ability to understand and develop pricing models and analyses/interpret commercial proposals Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver own work

What are we looking for Skills and Experience: 7-11 years of experience in V&A procurement sourcing and at least 1 - 2 years in Venture and Acquisition.

  • Education Qualification: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 7 to 11 years High standard of empathy towards the stakeholder, listening ability Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate/High level Microsoft Office proficiency, including expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Roles and Responsibilities: The Sourcing V&A Specialist should:
  • Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in spending across a wide array of leading companies
  • Lead sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution
  • Provide industry and supplier research, market intelligence and financial analyses to stakeholder.
  • Support development of market insights from cross-client sourcing activity and collaborate with the Procurement Category Management function.
  • Support senior level stakeholder relationships and provide guidance on procurement procedures.
  • Promote corporate objectives and change initiatives, ensuring that Service Delivery team is supporting overall company direction and growth
  • Mentor and support lower career-level Service Delivery team members on procurement processes, stakeholder engagement and project management, with a special emphasis on collaboration, customer focus, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, negotiations and contracting
