We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with proven experience in vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing and quality of materials.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement data.
• Conduct regular audits of supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and sourcing.
