We are looking for experienced professionals in Procurement Operations for multiple roles across levels: Senior Process Executive (SPE), Subject Matter Expert (SME), and Team Lead (TL).

Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Procurement

Experience: 4–6 Years

Locatioin:Chennai

Job Summary:

Handle complex procurement operations, vendor management, and drive process improvements while supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement operations and handle escalations

Lead vendor negotiations and cost optimization

Oversee returns and dispute management

Ensure SLA compliance for query handling

Analyze procurement data and provide insights

Support audits and compliance activities

Mentor junior team members and improve processes

Drive vendor negotiations and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audits

Monitor SLA and team performance metrics

Provide reporting, analytics, and business insights

Drive process improvements and best practices
