Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager / Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management initiatives for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality procurement, supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization across multiple categories including OS&E, FF&E, food & beverage, and operational supplies.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong market knowledge, supplier network capabilities, and the ability to manage procurement operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and operational standards
• Manage procurement activities across hospitality categories including OS&E, FF&E, CAPEX, food & beverage, and operational supplies
• Conduct RFIs, RFPs, tendering, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs, service quality, pricing, and delivery standards
• Develop strategic partnerships with key vendors to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Ensure timely resolution of supply chain and vendor-related challenges

Supply Chain & Operations

• Monitor inventory planning, procurement cycles, and logistics coordination
• Ensure smooth procurement support for hotel operations and pre-opening projects
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams for budgeting and procurement planning
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and operational standards

Systems & Reporting

• Manage e-procurement systems, electronic tendering platforms, and procurement documentation
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, savings reports, and vendor performance dashboards
• Analyze spend data and procurement trends to improve sourcing efficiency

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to align procurement objectives and operational priorities
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in hospitality procurement and strategic sourcing
• Knowledge of hotel procurement categories including OS&E, FF&E, food & beverage, and CAPEX
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial skills
• Experience with ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and tendering tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6–10 years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Experience managing multiple vendors and large procurement portfolios preferred
