Morphogenesis is globally recognized for its diverse work, encompassing a range of specialized practice areas such as Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape Design. This foundation gives Morpho Dimensions a unique edge—pairing the creative and technical rigour of an internationally awarded practice with the agility and responsiveness of a new-age turnkey delivery team.
Job responsibilities:
1.Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management
· Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
· Build and maintain a reliable vendor network across key trades—carpentry, metal works, glazing, upholstery, electrical, HVAC, and more.
· Evaluate and onboard vendors based on cost, quality, capacity, and reliability and maintain a vendor performance database with regular benchmarking.
2. Technical Procurement (Interiors & MEP)
· Translate BOQs and construction drawings into clear procurement packages for execution.
· Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure accuracy of specifications and alignment with delivery schedules.
· Provide technical clarity during negotiations to ensure materials meet quality standards.
3.Costing, Negotiation & Budgeting
· Float RFQs, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate rates with vendors and contractors.
· Assist in budgeting and cost estimation during the planning phase of projects.
· Track procurement costs against project budgets and flag variances proactively.
4.Execution & Site Interface
· Align procurement schedules with construction progress and site needs.
· Coordinate with project managers for timely delivery and issue resolution on site.
· Participate in site meetings as needed to stay updated on project status and material dependencies.
5.Documentation & Compliance
· Maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and delivery logs.
· Ensure all procured items comply with quality standards and relevant certifications.
· Track and evaluate vendor performance post-delivery for future reference and improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management
· 8–12 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out procurement or project execution
· Strong knowledge of site operations, construction sequencing, and material specifications
· Proven negotiation skills and an established vendor network across trades
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, tender packages, and BOQs
· Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and documentation skills
