Job Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and onboard vendors for office furniture, IT equipment, infrastructure, and facility services.
- Obtain quotations (RFQ), compare vendors, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Office Setup & Infrastructure
- Manage procurement for new office setup including furniture, workstations, networking equipment, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation of electricals, internet, CCTV, access control, and other office infrastructure.
Cost Management
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors.
- Ensure procurement within budget and optimize costs.
Vendor Coordination
- Maintain vendor database and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain records of office assets and procurement inventory.
- Track office supplies and ensure availability.
Requirements
- 15 years experience in procurement or purchase roles
- Experience in office infrastructure / corporate procurement preferred
- Strong vendor negotiation and sourcing skills
- Experience handling RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor comparisons
- Proficiency in Excel and procurement documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
