Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management;

  • Identify, evaluate and on board new suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews.

Procurement Operations;

  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
  • Track and monitor procurement activities to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Documentation & Reporting;

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier agreements.
  • Generate procurement reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills;

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Analytical mind-set with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
