Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for our third-party manufacturing operations across skincare, haircare and personal care products.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement/sourcing within the cosmetics, FMCG or allied manufacturing industry. Freshers with a strong interest in procurement and sourcing are also welcome to apply.

• Source and procure raw materials, active ingredients, excipients and packaging materials as per product requirements.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality and Sales teams to understand material requirements.
• End-to-end Inventory Management.
• Ensure timely procurement to support production and product development schedules.
• Compare suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time and reliability.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases and procurement documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers for order status, deliveries and quality-related issues.
• Continuously identify opportunities for cost optimisation and alternative sourcing.

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal care, FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Prior experience in sourcing cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials will be strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of vendor management, negotiation and purchase processes.
• Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic procurement documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Freshers with a strong interest in procurement and sourcing may also apply.
