Procurement Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage the supplier registration activities across the locations
• Process purchase orders and deliver follow up requirements
• Manage relationships with suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• New Vendor Development and Supplier Evaluation
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database and ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Drive Process Improvement, automation, digitalization initiatives.
• Ensure accurate reporting of procurement activities and metrics.

Skills :

• Proven experience for managing supplier registration process
• In-depth knowledge of procurement and related tools.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA and ARIBA SLP and MS Office tools
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
