Job Summary The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement of materials and services for infrastructure projects. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement. Key Responsibilities • Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements. • Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for quality, pricing, and reliability. • Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize cost savings. • Monitor inventory, logistics, and material delivery schedules. • Maintain procurement documentation, records, and reports. • Ensure compliance with legal and company procurement standards. • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Engineering. • 3–6 years of procurement experience in construction or infrastructure. • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of ERP/procurement software. • Good communication and problem-solving ability.
