The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Procurement team, a Procurement Administrator will support the procurement teams by overseeing aspects of procurement including supplier management, contract management, and vendor performance tracking. This position is responsible for performing the most complex procurement work and provides oversight and management of the procurement activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Responsible for maintaining consistent and accurate information and fields in all procurement systems such as but not limited to Oracle, Fieldglass, Procurement 360 when processing engagements e.g. Statement of Work, Purchase Order
  • Responsible for completing the requests in Procurement 360 on a timely manner or prior to start/expiry date, Oracle and Fieldglass ensuring that the request resulted to a fully executed Purchase Order or a Statement of Work. In the case of premature or wrong requests raised by the Business, it is the Procurement Associate responsibility to have the request withdrawn.
  • Works with the sourcing lead, any CPS members, and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) such as but not related to TPR, DPA, Contracts, QA Team, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting team etc. including the Business to complete and execute engagements timely and accurately
  • Works on relevant information required for Contract, Purchase Orders and Statement of Work uploads documents in the contract repository alerts, notify and monitor renewals and expirations tracking SLA/KPI and reporting of execution of engagements
  • Works with Procurement teams in gathering spend, transaction volume, and supplier analysis reporting requirements
  • Designs business analysis, data recording systems and operational dashboards for use throughout the department
  • Monitors the service delivery data reports and operational dashboards to identify any business demand trends and raise any concerns to the team
  • Communicates the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to the Sourcing Lead and/or Associate Director Services Procurement
  • Reports and tracks weekly information required for balanced scorecard reporting/KPI measurement
  • Publishes Financial Reporting such as Procurement Vendor, spend dashboard, etc.
  • Collaborate with IT, CPS, and other functional teams in determining ways to continually improve data management, processes, and governance standards
  • Maintains procurement systems, databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
