ProcessTrainer for Healthcare & Investment Domain experience.
We are looking for any graduate –
3yrs to 7yrs experience
Healthcare or Investment Banking exp
Should be flexible with travelling to all 3 locations in Mumbai (Airoli/Vikhroli/Andheri Sakinaka
Objective/Purpose
The objective of this position is to positively influence and manage teams on the floor to effect customer/client satisfaction targets.

Accountabilities.
Domain content development for various levels in the organization.
Train, assess and implement activities to effect improvement domain knowledge
Coach and develop teams through leadership and assertiveness.
Assessing relevant training needs for the organization.
Identification & project manage external Investment BankingBroker Dealer certification within the budget.
Creating and implementing training modules as needed by the Business and rolling out the same to the agents undergoing training and agents on floor as well.
Create back up to create content deliver training
Accountable for the domain expertise on the floor. Need to come up with a framework of continuous knowledge enhancement
Documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.
Work with Manager to produce plans to meet customer satisfaction targets and development needs.
Increasing the Domain knowledge of agents to provide effective levels of customer satisfaction in terms of domain excellence
Remediation Training delivery a continuous knowledge Management
Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.

Key Skills / Qualifications
Education Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance/Commerce; together with experience in training, enables the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience. Post education qualification 5-8 yrs of relevant experience. Certification on IB from an accredited by institutes like CISI,NSE,BSE will be an added advantage
