Role Summary:
We are looking for a Process Trainer with experience in IT or product-based environments to design and deliver effective training programs and ensure process adherence across teams.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Process Trainer
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, process documentation, and adult learning principles
- Experience with LMS, training tools, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging training and evaluate its effectiveness
- Analytical, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and align programs with current processes
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Review and update training content based on SOPs and best practices
- Monitor post-training performance and conduct refresher sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and workflows
- Promote continuous learning and process compliance
