Job Role: Process Trainer

Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 3+ Years | Positions: 1

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Process Trainer with experience in IT or product-based environments to design and deliver effective training programs and ensure process adherence across teams.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Process Trainer
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, process documentation, and adult learning principles
  • Experience with LMS, training tools, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging training and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Analytical, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and align programs with current processes
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
  • Review and update training content based on SOPs and best practices
  • Monitor post-training performance and conduct refresher sessions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and workflows
  • Promote continuous learning and process compliance
