Job Description: Process Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to drive learning initiatives within a dynamic IT or product-based organization.
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a dedicated training role, preferably in software or IT environments
- Strong understanding of process documentation, instructional design principles, and adult learning practices
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, training tools, and MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate training impact and recommend improvements
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach in fast-paced environments
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through collaboration with managers and stakeholders
- Create and update training content aligned with current SOPs and workflows
- Deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing employees
- Track post-training performance and conduct refresher sessions
- Design assessments to measure learning effectiveness
- Promote continuous learning and process excellence across teams
