Job Description

Job Description: Process Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to drive learning initiatives within a dynamic IT or product-based organization.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a dedicated training role, preferably in software or IT environments
  • Strong understanding of process documentation, instructional design principles, and adult learning practices
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, training tools, and MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate training impact and recommend improvements
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach in fast-paced environments

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs through collaboration with managers and stakeholders
  • Create and update training content aligned with current SOPs and workflows
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing employees
  • Track post-training performance and conduct refresher sessions
  • Design assessments to measure learning effectiveness
  • Promote continuous learning and process excellence across teams
