Role - Project Management

what you will be doing:

Lead planning activities for timeline, scope and budget

Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams & ensure alignment throughout the project

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution

Lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high morale

Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business objectives

Address challenges and issues promptly, implementing solutions to keep the project on track

Maintain open communication channels with team members, stakeholders and upper management, providing regular update on project status, risks and milestones

Guide organizational change by facilitating communication, training and adoption of new digital processes and technologies

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project objectives, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and technologies in a dynamic digital environment

Skill in managing relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management, to ensure alignment and support

Familiarity with project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress

Comfortable working fluently in English, both written and spoken

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification Mandatory
