Job Title: Process Excellence Manager

Location: Bengaluru | Department: Operations | Reports To: General Manager - Operations Strategy

About the Role:

Are you passionate about driving efficiency, optimizing workflows, and standardizing processes We are looking for a Process Excellence Manager with 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and transforming processes within customer support, telesales, verification, and collections operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

Lead process transformation – Define, standardize, and improve key operational processes for efficiency and scalability.

Map & document workflows – Develop SIPOC, Swim lanes, VSM, Desktop Procedures, and other process documentation.

Set & track KPIs – Design performance metrics, monitor progress, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Identify inefficiencies – Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and deep-dive process evaluations.

Collaborate & innovate – Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement automation & digital solutions.

Drive Six Sigma projects – Apply Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC, DMADV), RCA, FMEA, Fishbone techniques to improve operational effectiveness.

Mentor & Train – Foster a culture of continuous improvement by upskilling teams in process excellence.

What You Need to Succeed:

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification & strong expertise in Lean & Agile methodologies.

Expertise in process mapping tools & techniques.

Proficiency in statistical tools like Minitab, SPSS, R, or similar.

Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency, cost, and quality.

Strong project management & stakeholder engagement skills to drive multiple initiatives in parallel.
