Job Description
Job Title: Process Excellence Manager
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Start Date: Immediate
Engagement Mode: Full Time
Shift Timing: 10.00 - 7.00PM IST
Role Overview: The Process Excellence Manager is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and continuously improving organizational processes to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive process adherence, conduct audits, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Compliance:
Develop and implement QMS policies, SOPs, and process frameworks to ensure adherence to internal standards and external benchmarks (ISO / CMMI where applicable).
Audit & Review
Conduct periodic internal audits, process reviews, and management reviews to evaluate effectiveness and drive compliance across functions.
Process Standardization
Define, document, and roll out standardized processes across departments (delivery, HR, sales, finance) to ensure consistency and scalability.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps, drive corrective and preventive actions, and promote a continuous improvement mindset with a risk-based approach.
Governance & Reporting
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track process adherence, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of processes, drive awareness, and embed a culture of quality across the organization.
Experience
Qualifications and Skills:
10+ years in QMS / Quality / Process Excellence roles, preferably in IT services or consulting environment.
Certifications
ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor), Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
Knowledge
Strong expertise in process documentation, audits, compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
