Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review process engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulations
- Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) by providing detailed insights into process chemistry, conditions, and design intentions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of process design with project goals and operational requirements
- Analyse historical operating data and monitor process performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide process engineering input for equipment selection, control strategies, and safety systems
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and commissioning activities

Work Experience
B.Tech. Chemical Engineer
The Process Engineer provides technical expertise in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting for upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations. This role supports capital projects, operational excellence initiatives, and safety studies such as PHA and LOPA.
