Responsibilities
- Knowledge in digital mockup – Simulation of vehicle assembly & equipment feasibility study
- Knowledge in vehicle assembly process –Torque management/tool selection.
- Knowledge of Digital Simulation of static and dynamic, Virtual Reality, 3D Printing, IoT and Robots
- Prepare feasibility reports and technical reports to guarantee mountability
- Plant Layout design & Layout planning for new facilities at assembly shop
- Knowledge in installation & commissioning of vehicle assembly shop equipment
- Facilitate interaction with Development, Engineering, Purchasing, and Senior Management in support of the business's strategic goal.
- Handling Issue resolution during New product Launch
- Create Assembly Operation sheet/Process Sheets/SOP for Assembly operations
- Creation of Bill of material (MBOM) consumption for variants taking reference of the base vehicle.
- Knowledge in conveyor operations
- Experience in Equipment & Facility supplier management
- Basic Knowledge in equipment trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of Assembly Line Balancing and operator load chart
- Knowledge of Scientific time calculation tool like MOST (Maynard Operational Sequence Technique)
- Knowledge of designing small Jigs & Fixtures & Management
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering in (Mechanical/Production /Automobile) OR Diploma in Mechanical/Production /Automobile

Must have worked in similar Role of Process Engineering
